Kyly Clarke appears to be taking the time to work on herself following her split from husband Michael Clarke.
The pair announced their “amicable” separation two weeks ago after seven years of marriage.
This week, the mother-of-one took to Instagram to share a picture that shows off her toned physique and abs.
“Fuel the mind and feed it good energy,” she wrote. “Your fitness is 100% mental. Your body won’t go where your mind won’t push it.”
Her followers and fans commented with praises and expressions of support.
“You look amazing. Inspired for tomorrow’s gym visit,” one wrote.
“You look great Kyly. Hope you well hun,” another added.
“Wow ripped!” one commented.
The entrepreneur and former model told Daily Mail Australia that she and daughter Kelsey were doing fine following the split.
When asked if she was coping, she said, “Of course I am!”
The 38-year-old is also set to appear on Channel 7’s reality house renovation series House Rules this year alongside Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen and Saul Myers.
