Jasmine Stefanovic has shared a glimpse inside the multimillion-dollar Sydney home she and husband Karl have spent years redeveloping.
The 42-year-old shared a photo of the unfinished Castlecrag property on her Instagram story, showing off its grand entrance.
“Entrance way looking amazing,” she wrote.
The space features curved ceilings, stone walls and a large circular skylight, with what appears to be a stone fountain beneath it.
Construction materials can still be seen scattered across the unfinished floor.
The update comes after years of planning challenges for the couple’s $4.5 million redevelopment of the property on Sydney’s lower north shore.
Karl and Jasmine bought the original three-bedroom brick home for $3.2 million in March 2021, before proposing to demolish the 1960s property and replace it with a luxury residence designed by a Melbourne architecture firm.
Their plans faced opposition from neighbours concerned about blocked views and glare from the proposed solar panels.
The couple secured approval from the NSW Land and Environment Court in March 2024. Karl marked the start of demolition later that year by sharing a photo of the roof being removed, with the caption: “Take it downnnn”.
They returned to court in April 2025 and won approval for further design changes, reducing the home from three levels to two and cutting the number of bedrooms from five to four.
The revised plans still include three bathrooms, a powder room, double garage, swimming pool and outdoor entertaining areas.
The family also owns a five-bedroom holiday home at Sunshine Beach, which they bought for $3.6 million in 2020.
