One of the pack: kitten saved by husky leads the life of a dog

One of the pack: kitten saved by husky leads the life of a dog

It didn’t look like tiny kitten Rosie was going to survive through the night, until a maternal husky nursed her back to health.

Huksy Lilo lived amongst other cats, a fellow dog, and some rabbits. But the newest addition to the home, Rosie, was ill when she arrived, "She almost did not make it through the first night ... Even with round the clock care. She was lethargic and limp. So we decided to go out on a limb and let her cuddle extensively with Lilo," explained the animals’ owner on her Instagram account.

"By some miracle, she started suckling on Lilo and Lilo went full ‘mum mode’. Since then, Rosie's been getting much better and her eyes opened!"

Now, Rosie is a happy, healthy cat….well, almost cat.

Having been raised by huskies, Rosie now has many canine tendencies, including walking on a leash, panting, and hanging out with the dogs. But cat, dog or otherwise, this inseparable pair couldn’t be happier together.

Looks like in this instance, Rosie the kitten has gone to the dogs.
