Robert Irwin has teased his new career move, with the conservationist sharing a sneak peek for what appears to be an upcoming film project.

The 22-year-old posted a preview clip to Instagram featuring wildlife scenes and action-style footage of himself moving through rugged landscapes, drawing comparisons from fans to his late father, Steve Irwin.

The teaser included the words: “In a changing world… the threat is everywhere,” before revealing the title Max Impact.

In the caption, Irwin wrote: “Something epic is coming. I’m so excited to finally share what I’ve been working on… things are about to get wild.”

Fans quickly reacted online, with many speculating the project could mark a move into film or television acting.

“Ok I have been waiting for you to be in a movie!!! Really hope that’s what this is!!!” one person wrote.

“I feel like you’re checking everything off the bucket list recently 😂 can’t wait!!” another added.

“Movie, Documentary, or TV Show either way I’m so excited,” another fan commented.

One follower joked: “ROBERT WHEN DO YOU SLEEP?!?”

The teaser comes during a particularly busy period for Irwin, who was recently announced as the host of Dancing with the Stars: The Next Pro, a new spin-off of the long-running dance competition.

He also recently made his 14th appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, where he shared an awkward story about accidentally spilling orange juice during a lunch with King Charles.
