Tennis star Bernard Tomic and his girlfriend Keely Hannah have quietly welcomed their first child together.
Tomic and Hannah made the surprise announcement on social media, calling it “the most beautiful secret we’ve ever kept”.
The couple announced the birth of their daughter on Sunday.
“Astara Aurelia Tomic. 05.04.2026,” Hannah wrote.
The photos featured showed Astara sleeping in her crib, in a cream onesie and matching socks and a headband with a bow.
Hannah, a content creator from Brisbane, has kept quiet about the pregnancy, with her last post shared in July.
Her friends were quick to share their congratulations in the comments.
The couple, who have been together since 2022, previously gained attention over their mid-match dispute during the 2024 ATP Challenger Tour.
At the time, the public spat occurred following Hannah’s decision to attend the event after reportedly testing positive for Covid.
“Bernard and his girlfriend just continuing to argue,” the ATP Challengers commentator said at the time, according to Tennis World USA.
“The long and short of it [was] Bernie saying, ‘You tested positive for COVID today’, [and his] girlfriend saying, ‘No, that was two weeks ago'”.
“I did not anticipate having to commentate a couple’s quarrel here — but here we are.
“Either way, uncomfortable for all the fans here, who are just wanting to see a little bit of tennis tonight, but I don’t know that they’re going to get it.”
Tomic was once ranked as 17 in the tennis world, and has been fighting to get back into the top 100 since.
