Frasier  star Kelsey Grammer and his ex-wife Camille have put their former marital home on the market with  hopes of achieving a hefty  $28 million sale  price.

The house is above the Pacific Ocean in Malibu’s Serra Retreat and is located behind 24-hour guard gates and situated  on two hectares of land.

The home is French-inspired, has seven bedrooms and a staggering  13 bathrooms.

The magnificent property  also includes a two-storey ballroom with a crystal chandelier, an exercise room, cinema, wood-panelled library and a climate-controlled wine cellar.

The two hectares of land is well suited to an equestrian lifestyle, as there is a six-stall horse facility, riding ring and outbuildings.

However, if you prefer a more relaxing hobby, there’s also a swimming pool, bathhouse, two outdoor spas, tennis court, barbecue area, fruit orchard and a vegetable garden.

The couple bought the home back in 1998 for $6,365,000.

Grammer, 64,  is known for his role as Doctor Frasier Crane in  Cheers  and its spin-off  Frasier, where he won five Emmy Awards for his performances.
