Hollywood couple  Michael Douglas and  Catherine Zeta-Jones  are in talks to sell their  estate in New York to Australian cardboard billionaire Anthony Pratt.

The home in Westchester  was bought in 2014 for AUD$16 million, according to the  NY Post, with the powerhouse due now  looking to sell the mansion for AUD$21 million.

The sprawling  property features eight bedrooms, 18  bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen, a gym, a spa with two indoor pools, a sauna and a steam room.

The home was built in 1895 and is a massive 15,458 square foot.

Zeta-Jones has renovated the mansion room by room and documented the process on her Instagram account  with the hashtag “StyleByZeta”.

Outside, there’s a pool, a tennis court, a guest cottage that has two apartments and a greenhouse.

There’s also a four-stall barn, an outdoor ring, four paddocks and direct access to the Bedford Riding Lanes trails.
