Natalie Barr has bought back in to Mosman, a year after she sold her last family home.
According to realestate.com.au, this is the third house the Sunrise presenter and her husband Andrew Thompson have owned in the Sydney suburb.
The couple are tipped to have paid about $2.8 million for the four-bedroom, two-bathroom house, near its price guide.
The home is equipped with white picket fence as well as an entertaining area and a shed in its backyard.
Last year, Barr and her husband sold their Federation home in the same suburb for $3.6 million. The couple first bought the property in 2016 for $3,235,000.
Since selling up, the pair and their two sons have been renting a five-bedroom home nearby for $2,500 a week.
Mosman is also home to a number of Barr’s fellow TV personalities, including Georgie Gardner, Sonia Kruger and Karl Stefanovic.
