Cassandra Thorburn has secured a new home on Sydney’s north shore, months after selling her Cremorne waterfront mansion for more than $9 million.

The 48-year-old has bought a renovated three-bedroom home in Neutral Bay for more than the $2.3 million price guide, according to The Daily Telegraph. The deal is expected to be confirmed by title records later this month.

The Art Deco house features two bathrooms, a courtyard garden and a modern kitchen with a Caesarstone island bench and Bosch appliances.

Her previous Cremorne property was sold in August, reportedly as part of final settlement between her and her former husband Karl Stefanovic. The couple share three children.
