Terri Irwin has shared a series of behind-the-scenes photos with her late husband, Steve Irwin, to mark the anniversary of their adventure comedy film The Crocodile Hunter: Collision Course.
The throwback images gave fans a glimpse at the couple behind the scenes of the 2002 film, which celebrated its 24th anniversary this month.
“It’s been 24 years since the premiere of The Crocodile Hunter: Collision Course. What a time we had,” she captioned an Instagram post.
“Best crew, best fun, and the adventure of a lifetime. So grateful we were able to film this action-packed movie. Loved every minute.”
The photos show Terri and Steve together during filming, including one with comedian Magda Szubanski.
Another captures Steve diving to catch a lizard, while a behind-the-scenes image shows him riding on the outside of a ute as a camera crew filmed him.
Steve died in September 2006 at the age of 44, but his family has continued his legacy.
Their daughter, Bindi Irwin, shared her love for her parents in the comments.
“I feel so lucky to have been part of this with you and Dad. Thank you for bringing me along for every moment,” the wildlife warrior wrote.
“I’m so lucky to have the best parents in the entire world. I love you and Dad with all my heart.”
Fans also shared their own memories of the film and the Irwin family.
“Hard to believe it’s been that long! I vividly remember seeing it in theatres with my mum and absolutely loving every second!” one wrote.
“Love you Terri! Your family basically formed my childhood and I’m so grateful!” another commented.
