Simmone Jade Mackinnon has appealed for help to locate her missing sister, Kym Mackinnon, after she was last seen in Queensland.

The Australian actress, who is best known for playing Stevie Hall in McLeod’s Daughters, shared a photo and message on Instagram on Monday as she asked the public for assistance.

Kym was last seen on Guanaba Road at Tamborine Mountain, about 70 kilometres south of Brisbane, in Queensland.

“Have you seen my sister?” Mackinnon wrote, alongside a description of Kym.

Kym is 51 years old, about 165 centimetres tall, with a very slim build, dark brown hair and dark brown eyes.

“Please share this post ESPECIALLY if you are in Queensland,” Mackinnon wrote.

On her Instagram page, the actress describes herself as “Proud single mum. Professional dream chaser. Camping nutter”.

The appeal for Kym asks anyone who can help to contact the Queensland Police Policelink on 131 444 and quote Case File-QP2601680614.
