Australian tennis legend Pat Cash has confirmed he is engaged.

The former Wimbledon champion took to Instagram to announce his engagement with partner, singer/songwriter and massage therapist Charlotte Hodson.

“Every now and then, life can surprise you in the very best way,” he wrote in the caption, alongside a selfie of the couple.

“I’m so incredibly lucky to know that through an amazing string of coincidences I found my soulmate. I can’t help but believe God had it all planned to perfection. She said yes 💍❤️”

The pair went public with their relationship at the 2025 Wimbledon Grand Slam.

Fans took to the comments to congratulate the couple, with one writing: “Congratulations! She’s definitely one in a million. I wish you both forever love & happiness.”

“Congratulations!! Such exciting news ❤️❤️” another commented.

Hodson  has been working with Pat and up-and-coming US tennis player Kayla Day since 2023 according to the Seed Wellness website.

The tennis star previously opened up about his relationship in an interview with The Mirror, where he revealed: “I don’t know if we’ll go down the marriage route but she’s the love of my life, that’s for sure.”

The couple have toured together for the The Pat Cash Experience show, combining tennis and music, feature Hodson’s band Chocolate Charlie.

Pat has largely kept his personal life out of the spotlight, and was previously married to Emily Bendit, with whom he shares twin sons.

He also shares two children with ex-girlfriend  Norwegian model Anne-Britt Kristiansen.

Pat, who turned 60 recently, continues to work as a tennis coach in addition to touring with his now fiancé. He also returned to the BBC’s commentary box for Wimbledon 2026.
