Green pear smoothie
Create this quick and easy superfood smoothie that will provide you with lasting energy throughout the day.
- 2 ripe pears, peeled, cored chopped
- 2 frozen bananas, chopped
- 3/4 cup chopped kale
- 1 tablespoon rice malt syrup/or agave
- 250ml vanilla almond milk
- 3-4 ice cubes
1. Add all ingredients to blender. Blend on high speed.
