Jett Kenny has achieved a lot on  Dancing With The Stars, finishing up as a semi-finalist alongside his dancing partner Lily Cornish earlier this week.

And while Lisa Curry has not stopped gushing about her 24-year-old son, Jett is just as proud of his mother as well, explaining it is not an easy feat for her to watch him strip down next to nothing on  Ladies Night  which is set to air later this year.

“I couldn’t go and watch because I was still in the competition,” the dancing rookie shared with  Yahoo Lifestyle  earlier this week.

“Again, I’m not sure if I would’ve liked to have gone and watched.”

“I’m very proud of her for doing that, it’s a big thing for her,” Jett gushed, adding other contestants on the charity program would be putting on a brave face and building courage to bare all on national television.

“I think for everyone it’s nothing that they’re comfortable with, but it’s for such a good cause.”

Last year, Kenny appeared on Channel 7’s TV special  The Real Full Monty  in the name of men’s health, which saw him along with eight other male celebs take their kit off to encourage men to get a check up for  prostate and testicular cancer.

Lisa sat front row along with Jett’s sister as a technical glitch meant he stood butt naked on stage in front of thousands of people.

“She did come and watch me do  The Real Full Monty  last year which is essentially me stripping down to nothing,” he explains. “So me just not having a shirt on is absolutely nothing.

“It was just good having mum and dad, they were there pretty much at every [DWTS] show.”

Jett, along with his dancing partner Lily Cornish, were eliminated from the semi-final  of the popular Channel Ten dancing show this week.

For now, Kenny says he doesn’t know what his next move will be but has confirmed fans should not be expecting to see  him on  Gogglebox  star Angie Kent’s season of  The Bachelorette.

“Maybe in a few years if I’m having no luck,” he joked.

The  Dancing With The Stars  grand finale will air on Easter Monday, where fans will watch Samuel Johnson, Courtney Act and Constance Hall compete to win the mirror ball trophy and $50,000 for their chosen charity.
