One Nation leader Pauline Hanson delivered a fiery address at President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort on Wednesday, local time.

Hanson missed two weeks of parliament to attend the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) in Florida, where she criticised both Labor and the Coalition and praised the US President’s immigration policy.

She is the only Australian invited to CPAC and has been staying at the President’s resort over the past week.

Recent polls show One Nation secured a primary vote of 15 per cent, surpassing its previous peak of 13 per cent in 1998, and placing just nine points behind the Coalition.

Hanson spoke at the “Circle Retreat and Gala,” which brought together a diverse cross-section of the conservative movement.

“Australia … has become an economic and social tinderbox that was created by successive Labor and Coalition governments,” Hanson said.

“It’s wonderful to be in America with a re-energised, strong and patriotic leader who has the best interest of his people at heart. In just one year, President Trump has turned this country around … Illegal migrants are being rounded up by ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) and sent home in remarkable numbers.”

In her speech, Hanson compared Australian political issues with those of America, the UK and Europe, focusing on the influx of “radical migrants.”

“Australia is taking in the same hateful, radical migrants from countries that are having an enormous impact on the UK and so many European nations right now and we’re seeing the impact with almost daily machete attacks, violent home invasions and weekly pro-Palestine protests across our major cities,” she said.

“It didn’t happen by accident, and if you speak out about it, you’re branded Islamophobic, racist, or even a nazi.”

After her address, Hanson posted on social media saying it was an “honour” to speak at CPAC and thanked the organisers and American people for the warm welcome.

“It was refreshing to stand in a room where common sense still matters. Where strong borders, national pride, energy independence, and putting your own people first aren’t dirty words, they’re priorities,” she wrote.

Hanson said while Trump is leading America forward, Australia is facing “740,000 migrants a year during a housing crisis” and “runaway debt.”

“One Nation is rising because we speak the truth. And we say what millions of Australians are thinking even if the media won’t report it,” she said.

“We are a generous country. We believe in a fair go. But that doesn’t mean sacrificing our values, our way of life, or our future. Australians are fed up. They’re ready to turn this country around. And One Nation is ready to lead the way.”

Hanson concluded her speech, saying: “God bless America and God help Australia.”

She recently spoke at the 2025 CPAC Australia conference in Brisbane, where she described being a member of the Australian parliament as the “greatest honour you can have.”
