7.3 million Australians are planning an international trip in the next 12 months, and here are the brands they trust the most.

Australia’s most trusted travel brands have been revealed by Finder as part of their 2025 Customer Satisfaction Awards.

The awards are based on feedback from over 60,000 Australian customers, showing which airlines and travel agencies people prefer.

Brands were rated across a range of metrics including value for money, trust and whether people would recommend it to a friend.

Aussie airlines have not fared well in this survey, with Singapore Airlines being chosen as the most loved airline, and dominating various other categories including most comfortable, most reliable and most recommended airlines among others.

Singapore airlines also scored top marks for value.

Air New Zealand was rated as the “most trusted” brand, while Cathay Pacific took the award for having the best frequent flyer program.

“Overall, Aussies have snubbed Australian airlines and rewards programs for international alternatives,” Graham Cooke, head of consumer research at Finder, said.

He added that the winners were recognised across a range of factors.

“Singapore Airlines dominated this year.”

Flight Centre was rated as the top travel agent for value and was strongly recommended to other travellers, while Travel Associates was recognised for trust and service, taking home the “most loved” travel agent award.
