Footage has emerged of a pregnant Victorian woman being arrested at her home in Miners Rest near Ballarat.

The shocking clip follows after a police raid at her home due to her allegedly being involved in organising an anti-lockdown rally for Saturday.

Her husband live-streamed the shocking arrest where police charged 28-year-old Zoe Buhler for incitement.

Ms Buhler was listed as an organiser for a rally against Victoria’s stage four lockdown via a Facebook post.

The expecting mother told police she was more than willing to delete the post while her husband appealed to officers not to arrest his wife.

“I’m in my pyjamas. I have an ultrasound in an hour,” Ms Buhler said.

“I’m happy to delete the post. This is ridiculous.”

Investigators seized several items from the home including computers and mobile devices.

They also demanded that the phone being used to stream the arrest be turned over to authorities.

The mother will face Ballarat magistrates court next January.

Police have begun cracking down on planned protests after Victoria’s state of emergency was extended up to six months in a late-night parliamentary sitting.

Authorities warn people will be fined for breaching restrictions or arrested.
