"You've done bugger all": Ray Hadley unleashes over death of childcare worker

Ray Hadley has erupted over the alleged murder of a childcare worker, calling on the government to have tougher laws in place for those out on bail.

Molly Ticehurst, a 28-year-old from the NSW Central West town of Forbes, was found dead in her home during a welfare check in the early hours of Monday morning.

Her ex-boyfriend, Daniel Billings, has since been charged with murder (domestic violence) and contravening a apprehended violence order.

At the time of Ms Ticehurst’s alleged murder, Mr Billings was on bail after being charged with raping the mother-of-one three times, stalking her, causing damage to her property and abusing a 12-week-old puppy.

While discussing NSW Premier Chris Minns' pledge to review why Billings was out on bail, 2GB radio host Ray Hadley unleashed on the government for doing "nothing".

"It just keeps happening, and happening, and happening," he began.

"I know you're probably sick of me saying it, and I'm probably sick of saying it myself, but in the 34 years I've been doing this type of morning program, absolutely nothing has changed."

"Until there's a societal change in the way judicial officers and others deal with men who are violent towards women, we'll have what we're dealing with again this week."

He slammed politicians for what he described as "a lack of action" on keeping alleged offenders facing serious charges out of the community.

"What have you done about it? You've done bugger all about it," he said.

"And as a result, another young woman is dead because you've done nothing about it. You sit there and wax lyrical and w*** on about what you're going to do."

Hadley said Minns should instead directly work to change the bail laws with the cooperation of NSW opposition leader Mark Speakman.

"Woman after woman after woman is murdered because the government is too gutless to either offer a mandatory minimum to these people, or do something about the bail laws," he said.

“Entitled” bride unleashes after only seven people RSVP to her wedding

A furious bride has been slammed online after unleashing on a lengthy tirade, calling out her friends and family who aren’t attending her wedding.

Sara took to Facebook to share the extensive rant about her upcoming nuptials, after only seven people RSVP’d to the big day.

The American bride-to-be called out those she invited to her destination wedding, saying they showed how little they “really” cared about her and her fiancé.

“When we invited our friends and family to our destination wedding in Thailand, only nine people RSVP'd. Out of 150!!! OK, I get it, paying $3,000 to share my special day is too much for some of you. I'd pay for yours, but whatever,” she wrote.

“But then, when we changed the wedding to be in Hawaii, so it's within everyone's reach, only seven of you RSVP'd? It costs less but less if you want to come? Is that what you think of me? You can't spare $2,000 to come and share our happiness?”

Sara said that she was willing to take drastic measures to make up for the disrespect she'd been shown by her loved ones.

“I'm tempted to just elope and not let any of you be part of our happiest day. This is it guys, you have three days to respond to our e-vites or we're deleting you off Facebook and good luck keeping up with our lives then.”

“And don't get me started on the registry - only the cheap stuff is gone, I swear I thought I had better friends.”

“[My fiancé] and I are asking you to reconsider.”

Sara’s unhinged rant was quickly shared to a Facebook group dedicated to shaming people’s wedding choices, where it garnered hundreds of comments slamming the bride.

“People who get married abroad have chosen not to have guests at their wedding,” one person said.

“Does she not understand people have jobs and kids or just simply don't want to spend thousands on someone else's wedding?” another asked.

“If I was her friend I’d save her a job and unfriend myself after reading that,” a third person admitted.

"His worst moment as a person": Sean Penn unleashes on Will Smith's Oscar's slap

Sean Penn has become visibly angry as he recalled the infamous moment at the 2022 Oscars ceremony when Will Smith stormed the stage to slap Chris Rock.

Penn recalled the award ceremony moment as he reflected on the Academy's decision to not let Ukraine’s president, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, speak at the ceremony.

The actor has been a strong advocate for the people of Ukraine in their ongoing war against Russia, and even traveling to the war-torn region to help in their fight.

Speaking to Variety, Penn shared how frustrated he was that Zelenskyy was silenced, while Smith's actions were the real problem.

“The Oscars producer thought, ‘Oh, he’s [Zelenskyy] not lighthearted enough.’ Well, guess what you got instead? Will Smith.”

Variety noted that the actor was visibly infuriated speaking on the subject, even turning red during the interview.

“I don’t know Will Smith. I met him once,” Penn said. “He seemed very nice when I met him. He was so f***ing good in King Richard.”

“So why the f**k did you just spit on yourself and everybody else with this stupid f***ing thing? Why did I go to f***ing jail for what you just did? And you’re still sitting there? Why are you guys standing and applauding his worst moment as a person?” the 63-year-old said, referencing his 1987 arrest and jail stint for punching a film extra in the face.

“This f***ing bulls**t wouldn’t have happened with Zelenskyy,” Penn added. “Will Smith would never have left that chair to be part of stupid violence. It never would have happened.”

Penn was so shocked and infuriated by the moment that he chose to destroy his two Oscars.

"I thought, ‘Well, f**k, you know? I’ll give them to Ukraine. They can be melted down to bullets they can shoot at the Russians,’” he said.

When visiting Zelenskyy in Ukraine last fall, Penn showed his support by giving the leader one of his Oscars.

At the 2022 Oscar's ceremony, Will Smith stormed the stage and slapped comedian Chris Rock after he made a joke about his wife, Jada Pinkett-Smith.

After returning to his seat, Smith shouted out, “Keep my wife’s name out your f***ing mouth!”

"An ugly bum": Karl unleashes on Gladys' ex-lover

Karl Stefanovic and Peter Dutton have joined forced to slam Gladys Berejiklian’s ex, while dismissing the findings of the ICAC report that called out her "corrupt" practices.

The Liberal party leader spoke with Stefanovic as a guest on the Today show, who both called out Daryl Maguire for being “a bum.”

“She’s first-class and what you see in public is what you get in private as well,” Dutton said.

“She’s just a very decent person. She chose a bum basically and he was a bad guy. I think that she has, you know, paid a big price for that. And her integrity is not in question. She’s not a corrupt person."

“And I think she should hold her head high. She had a bad relationship, as everybody does, and I hope that that’s not the defining moment for her because she’s a much better person and we all know that.”

Host Karl Stefanovic then interjected, “Not to kick a man when he’s down, not just a bum, an ugly bum.”

Their comments come after a corruption probe has found Gladys Berejiklian and her former boyfriend engaged in "serious corrupt conduct".

ICAC found Ms Berejiklian breached public trust between 2016 to 2017 by failing to disclose her five-year relationship with Mr Maguire, which the watchdog found could have had the “potential to influence the performance of her public duty”.

Ms Berejiklian spoke out about the findings, saying "Serving the people of NSW was an honour and privilege. At all times I have worked my hardest in the public interest. Nothing in this report demonstrates otherwise."

"Thank you to members of the public for their incredible support. This will sustain me always."

Image credits: Today / Getty Images

“I may as well give you the inside story”: Dr Charlie Teo unleashes on tribunal

Dr Charlie Teo has revealed his true thoughts on a five-day disciplinary hearing by the Health Care Complaints Commission.

The commission launched their inquiry into two cases where Teo performed brain surgery on two patients who ultimately passed away, in the wake of accusations of negligence. And while Teo denied any negligence on his part, he did admit that he was responsible, telling the hearing that he believed he had been “too aggressive”.

It was during a speech to guests at his annual Rebel Ball - the “Charlie Teo Foundation’s premier event supporting the visionaries and revolutionaries tackling brain cancer head-on” - that he unleashed, slamming the Health Care Complaints Commission and the hearing.

At the Crown Sydney, Teo took to the stage to a roar of applause from his supporters, and began by telling them “you here tonight have stuck with me and I can't thank you enough for your loyalty.

“Everyone's been asking me about the tribunal. I may as well give you the inside story.

“The tribunal was absolute f***ing bulls**t.”

It isn’t the first time that Teo had spoken out against the strikes against himself and his career, with the neurosurgeon having previously confessed to Mark Bouris that “it’s got nothing to do with fairness, what’s right or wrong. It’s all got to do with people’s agendas. And the agenda is to destroy Charlie Teo.”

And outside of his March hearing, Teo insisted that restrictions from prior hearings had potentially cost lives, with the neurosurgeon noting that he hadn’t been able to save lives that he knew he could have.

The end goal of Teo’s Rebel Ball was just that: helping people, and ultimately saving lives.

In a post to the Charlie Teo Foundation’s Facebook page, it was declared that the event had “transformed the future”, having raised over $1 million “for game-changing brain cancer research”.

Among the guests and contributors were the likes of former Australian cricketers Steve Waugh and Gavin Robertson, former Olympic volleyballer Kerri Potthurst, “the last man to represent NSW at both cricket and rugby league” Graeme Hughes, and Labor’s Graham Richardson.

Brain tumour survivor Beatrice McBride was also in attendance, and even performed with her father, Slide McBride, with a song she’d written for Teo. The musical entertainment continued from there, with Mondo Rock’s Paul Christie joining The Hidley Street Country Club Band on stage.

Supporters were quick to flock to Teo’s side after the event, sharing their congratulations for a successful fundraising effort, and their delight at seeing so many prepared to stand by him.

“Amazing result,” one wrote, “well done to everyone giving Charlie the support.”

“It was a great night had by all. Thanks to all the big supporters for their massive contributions. Just proves Charlie can still pull a crowd of true believers. There was no room for the haters,” another declared.

Meanwhile, another summed it up - and echoed the majority - when they shared that they were “so happy folk supported Charlie.”

Images: Facebook

“How is this allowed?”: Natalie Barr unleashes on aged care

Natalie Barr has demanded an explanation from care home operators after learning that a number of facilities across Sydney will be shut in a matter of weeks, forcing out hundreds of vulnerable residents.

Her concern was for the people living in Wesley Mission’s aged care homes, with their future thrown into jeopardy with the company’s announcements that it would be closing all of its remaining city homes - with other operators expected to follow suit.

And the Sunrise host cut right to the chase, asking “how on Earth has this been allowed to happen?” for the Sylvania, Carlingford, and Narrabeen properties.

CEO and superintendent Reverend Stu Cameron has claimed that their decision was necessary because of challenges in meeting new national requirements for staffing, stating that it is “a challenging environment to be a smaller provider.

“With just three aged care locations, our offering in this area is small compared to the large and diverse range of community services we provide around NSW and across Australia."

As Sunrise correspondent Liam Tapper explained, the move was part of “major overhauls” set to happen the following month, and shared a statement from Wesley Mission.

“The Aged Care sector is experiencing challenges to workforce and flow-on impacts from the national reforms to Aged Care,” it read. “Wesley Mission supports these once-in-a-generation reforms, improving quality for all care users.”

Those “challenges” likely refer to the federal government’s target to have around-the-clock registered nurses in aged care homes by the beginning of July 2023, despite the aged care minister confessing that only one in 20 establishments would be able to satisfy this goal.

And while the operator might support the changes, they noted that they remain “in a challenging environment” and intend to do all they can to assist residents in finding new homes.

Tapper noted that Wesley Mission had a legal obligation to help, but that the situation remained “destination unknown” for those impacted by the closures.

“The families of these people must be in absolute shock,” Natalie declared, upon learning that the Department of Health and Aged Care had not been made aware of the closures.

The department did, however, assure residents that they would not be “required to move until suitable accommodation” was found.

“If you have any family member, a parent, a grandparent, anyone you know who has tried to get into an aged care facility in this country, it is so hard on a good day,” she went on, before noting that this meant “so many families [were being] left in the lurch.”

Images: Sunrise / Seven

Sarah Harris and Steve Price unleash on Prince Harry

Sarah Harris, the newest host of The Project, took the time to lash out at Prince Harry on Monday night’s episode of the panel show for revealing “cheap secrets” about the royal family – including that he and his brother William had both been circumcised.

Harris questioned what the wayward Prince could possibly be hoping to achieve by revealing so many intimate details about the royal family.

The new book by the young royal, called Spare, deals with the ins and outs of Harry and wife Meghan Markle's ongoing struggles.

“What is all that cheap stuff?” asked Harris of her co-hosts on the program. “What is that cheap stuff that he brings up in the book? What does that achieve? [He] talked about his and his brother's circumcisions. It's just stuff you don't need to know about.”

Fellow host Steve Price then weighed in on the new book’s contents, also taking aim at Harry for revealing intimate details about his family in return for a book deal.

“He won't give up his title,” said Price. “He's selling his family's secrets – including that he saw his grandmother the Queen dead in bed – for money!”

“He's flogging a book, he's gone to Netflix, he's done the Oprah interview. It's all about him and Meghan making money out of flogging royal secrets.”

Price then said that he did not for one moment believe the “justification” from Prince Harry that he had written the book to “protect his wife”, saying that Harry “didn't need to go public with any of this”.

The Duke of Sussex addressed the 'media's fascination' with his genitalia in his autobiography with rumours swirling about him and his brother being uncircumcised.

“There were countless stories in books, and papers [even The New York Times] about Willy and me not being circumcised,” the book reads.

But Prince Harry put the rumours to bed, declaring all the stories were inaccurate and confirming that he had been “snipped”.

Other strange details in the book included the Duke of Sussex revealing that his penis had become injured during a gruelling charity trek through the North Pole in 2011.

A group of servicemen had decided to make the 305km journey to raise money for Walking with the Wounded when they were joined by Prince Harry for four days.

He returned home in time to attend the wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton and made an X-rated admission about his penis at their pre-wedding dinner.

“Pa was very interested and sympathetic about the discomfort of my frostnipped ears and cheeks, and it was an effort not to overshare and tell him also about my equally tender penis,” he wrote. “Upon arriving home I'd been horrified to discover that my nether regions were frostnipped as well, and while the ears and cheeks were already healing, the todger wasn't.”

Sarah Harris’ comments against Prince Harry’s memoir come just one day after she made her Project debut, and the former Studio 10 star’s performance was met with widespread approval.

'Great show Sarah! You are a good fit for @theprojecttv,' one person said of the 41-year-old television star.

'@SarahHarris loving you on @theprojecttv,' another person said while one more chimed in, 'How good it is to see @SarahHarris on @theprojecttv'.

Images: The Project

World champion surfer Joel Parkinson has unleashed fury at a pair of vloggers he claimed were disrespecting victims of the floods.

Vloggers Paton and Steeze shared a video of themselves to Instagram sliding down a muddy hill near Duranbah Beach at Tweed Heads.

The video, which has since been viewed more than 10,000 times, shows the pair being angrily approached by the surfing legend telling them to show respect to the victims of the floods.

“That’s enough. Hey you f***ing idiots. Get the f*** off. People have lost their houses,” Parkinson yells.

“You should be more responsible you f***wits. You know people lost everything in these floods.”

“Oh settle down mate. Don’t bring that into it. This is not someone losing their house in the floods bro, so don’t do that,” one of the men responded.

The man continued to say that they knew people who had lost their homes.

Parkinson asked the young men where they live, before the filmer interjected telling his mate to let it go.

The video then cuts to the boys back at the top of the hill when Parkinson once again yells at them saying “they can’t do that’.

The older man behind the camera jumps in telling Parkinson “that’s enough”.

“Settle down. They’re having their fun alright. You’ve had your fun, you try to stop them from having their fun. Ben Fordham unleashes on Canberra's "most toxic politician"

Talk show host Ben Fordham has described Senato Lidia Thorpe as the "most toxic politician in Canberra" after she blasted Scott Morrison for his Stolen Generations speech in parliament.

When the Prime Minister said "the hardest [word] is I forgive you" when referring to the national apology to the Stolen Generations, Senator Thorpe said Scott Morrison had shown "outright disrespect" to the Indigenous children who were removed from their families.

Writing on Twitter, the Greens senator said, "This is outright disrespect to all those effected by Stolen Generations in this country. How dare you ask for forgiveness when you still perpetrate racist policies and systems that continue to steal our babies."

In response to Lidia's statement, Fordham labelled her a "lunatic", saying "she doesn't belong" in parliament.

He said, "Senator Thorpe is possibly the most toxic politician in Canberra, and that's saying something."

"Her conduct is embarrassing. She entered office in 2020 and ever since she's had an appetite for destruction."

Fordham went on to call Senator Thorpe a "fruit cake" and "unhinged" over previous instances of political passion in the Senate.

The PM's "apology" was condemned by Indigenous Australians, as The First Peoples' Assembly of Victoria slammed the speech, releasing an official response containing only the four words: "Get in the bin."

Dr Katrina unleashes on annoying dog owners

Dr Katrina Warren, beloved veterinarian and television personality, took to Instagram on Monday to vent about her frustrations with irresponsible dog owners.

Shared as a caption to a photo of her with her Border Collie Chill, Dr Warren criticised owners who let their dogs run wild without leashes, writing, “I really love dogs but PLEASE PUT YOUR DOG ON A LEAD 🐶🐶🐶 Why has this become so difficult? Do people now buy a dog and forget to buy a lead?

“Your dog should be on a lead at cafes, walking on the footpath and at parks that are NOT designated off-leash. It’s for your dog's safety, as well as the safety of other dogs and people. It has become impossible for me to walk around my local area without off-leash dogs running up to us. I don't understand it - your dog may be friendly, but the dog they run up to may not be.

“And, why is it OK for your dog to be annoying to others? I've witnessed some dangerous things with fights, knocked-down tables, terrified kids and boiling coffee going all directions, as well as timid dogs and puppies being terrified. Your dog doesn’t need to “SAY HELLO" What if the other dog (or owner) doesn't want to "say hello" back? "My dog just wants to say hello" is usually the excuse people give when their dog has no recall, but why would you let your dog jump in the face of a dog on a lead that you don't know?

“It’s so dangerous and I’ve witnessed some dreadful dog fights as a result of this. Please work on your recall or just don't let them off the lead. I just want to walk my dog in peace and I know I speak for many others. I’m thankful that Chill is not a reactive dog but he has still been randomly attacked by off lead dogs on the street, and it’s not OK.

“I can’t imagine how stressful it is for people with reactive dogs who are trying to avoid dogs! Thank you for reading 🐕🦮🐩🐕‍🦺”

View this post on Instagram

A post shared by DR KATRINA WARREN (@drkatrina)

In addition, she added to the rant on Facebook, complaining about what she calls the ‘poodemic’, writing, “Finally, about the current POODEMIC - yes, dog poo is unpleasant, but you need to pick it up! One woman wrote, “We lost our beautiful golden retriever following a dog attack just 4 weeks ago. She was being walked on lead when an off lead wandering dog attacked her out of nowhere, didn’t even see it coming.”

Another commented, “I have had my shepherd attacked by a toy poodle off lead. If he had reacted we know which dog would have got the blame. It is just wrong.”

Celebrity supporters included Megan Gale, who commented a string of clapping emoji, and Dr Danni Dusek, of Bondi Vet fame, who wrote, “I couldn’t agree more 🙌❤️ Bear is one that is reactive to certain over confident dogs that get in her face and it is so hard to avoid for this exact reason…”

Image: Dr Katrina Warren/Instagram

Steve Price unleashes on Rebel Wilson

Australian actress Rebel Wilson has been slammed on The Project after she commented on Sydney's current COVID-19 lockdown.

She was labelled "smug" and "stupid" by panellist Steve Price.

Wilson's comments drew criticism after she posted on Instagram, saying that you "can't keep locking down as a strategy".

Her comments were addressed on The Project.

“Not sure smug rock throwing from LA is the way to go for Rebel. I don’t think she’s done herself favours there, has she? STUPID opinion,” he said.

“I’m a bit sick of people not taking celebrities’ health advice seriously, to be honest,” said panellist Peter Helliar, tongue firmly in cheek. “Next thing, people will be questioning the science behind some of (Gwyneth Paltrow’s) GOOP products.”

Host Waleed Aly tried to keep the peace by suggesting that many Australians overseas feel the same way as Wilson.

The National Cabinet has convened this evening in response to Australia’s worsening Covid outbreak. But they’ve also never been through what we’ve been through. It’s like two different planets," Aly explained.

“We look at America and the UK and think, how could you possibly live like that and through that? They do the same with us. I think it’s just one of those situations.”

Sydney is currently in a two-week lockdown as cases of the highly contagious Delta COVID variant spread across the city.

It's the city's first lockdown in six months.

Pauline Hanson unleashes on major US election candidate

One Nation leader Pauline Hanson has ripped into US vice presidential candidate Kamala Harris, accusing her of “telling lies” in the hope people will be fooled.

Hanson is one of a number of Australian politicians and celebrities who are giving their opinion on the historic election.

Taking to her Facebook page, Hanson posted a video of her interview with Sky News host Paul Murray on his evening show.

It featured an election ad voiced by Democrat Harris which stated that “equitable treatment” means that “everyone ends up at the same place”.

In her Facebook post, Hanson derided the ad as “feel-good nonsense” that will “lead us down the path to poverty and pain”.

“You simply cannot create a just and fair system where everyone is rewarded the same regardless of effort. It has never worked and it never will.

“Sadly that doesn’t seem to stop left-wing politicians the world over from telling the same lies in the hope that people will be fooled.”

But while the Senator has been outspoken about the election, MPs of mainstream Aussie parties have decided to remain quiet.

Senior Labour figures, who were expected to back the Democrats, haven’t mentioned anything.

Even the Prime Minister has stayed silent, probably so he doesn’t aggravate either side of the close-call election.

"Always beware of the live mic": Poulter unleashes on first tee

There seemed to be a slight wind blowing in on the first hole.

Unfortunately for golfer Ian Poulter, the PGA Tour has mics covering the entire premises and in a hilarious moment, he was caught letting out a fart on live TV during the final round of the Travellers Championship.

As Greg Chalmers teed off on the first hole Sunday morning, Poulter very audibly let one rip just as he had finished his swing. Furious neighbours unleash on backpacking revellers ignoring COVID-19 rules

Backpackers in a Bondi unit block continue to ignore social distancing rules put in place by COVID-19 by holding house parties just days after they were filmed drinking in their backyard until the early morning by angry neighbours.

The video of more than a dozen partygoers crammed into a backyard at the block of flats outraged many who are abiding by strict social distancing orders.

The two neighbouring buildings are separated by only a few metres, which means sound travels easily.

In footage taken just before 3pm, residents were heard yelling at their neighbours asking them to turn down their music.

One neighbour confided in The Daily Mail that things haven’t gotten any better between the neighbours.

“The photos that were shared last week, that was of a calm party, but it's gotten a lot of attention because everyone is trying to do the right thing at the minute,” she said.

“I've lived here for about 11 years now and over the past 18 months it's just gotten way worse.”

“I yelled out at them today because they were blasting music, but it doesn't do much at all most of the time, they'll be back partying in a few days.”

The woman wishes to remain anonymous and says she calls police at least once a week about the neighbours.

“It's worse at the minute because people are working from home and I know one girl said she was in a work meeting and was asked: ‘What's all that noise?’”

However, one resident of the party block argues that the group are being vilified unfairly.

“I think that (last week's party) was blown out of proportion. What you'll actually find is these places are really big and hold eight people each, so it seems like there's a lot of people partying but they're all residents,” she said.

“It's not like there were people coming from all over Bondi, it was just a mix of people in the apartments.

“There are signs up about noise but that's from New Year's Eve. I mean there can be a lot of noise, but I think it's not as bad as it's made out to be.”

“What I said was dumb”: Steve Price apologised after unleashing on Jacinda Ardern

Steve Price has issued what looks to be a sincere apology to Jacinda Ardern, after receiving criticism for unleashing on the PM on Tuesday night.

The controversial broadcaster let loose on The Project when comparing the NZ PM’s family holiday to Australia, with Prime Minister Scott Morrison’s infamous December trip to Hawaii, amid Australia’s worst bushfire season in recorded history.

“She should be in her own country and spend money in her own place,” he growled at the time.

“Typical virtue-signalling from Ardern. I get sick and tired of that woman!,” he asserted, prompting viewers to call him out as “sexist”.

However, his tone took a turn when he phoned in to apologise on The Project to make amends for his comments towards the end of the program.

Price, who was absent from show on Wednesday evening, said he regret the way he spoke about Miss Ardern.

“Thanks for letting me come back on tonight and apologise to Jacinda Ardern,” he began after fellow co-host Lisa Wilkinson said she had been “shocked” by his comments.

“What I said was disrespectful to her as a woman and importantly it was also disrespectful of the office of the Prime Minister of New Zealand, our closest ally. She has got every right to be here in Australia and what I said last night was dumb,” he conceded.

“Are you sorry because of the huge backlash that there was over the last 24 hours, or do you genuinely mean that because I think people were particularly offended that you would call her ‘that woman’ and make it about gender,” Wilkinson asked.

“I think you have known me long enough that I’m genuine about things,” he said to the panel.

“I got home last night, watched myself and thought back and I thought I was wrong to do it. If I make a mistake I own it. I made a mistake last night, a dumb one, and I’m here to say sorry.”

He also took the moment to reassure the panel he is “not a climate change sceptic or denier” after making several comments about the bushfire crisis plaguing Australia.

I’m someone who is open for debate about this,” he said.

His grovelling apology follows after a story about Jacinda Ardern’s holiday to Queensland potentially boosting post-bushfire tourism to Australia left Pricey frustrated.

“Why is she not holidaying in New Zealand?,” he questioned to his co-hosts Lisa Wilkinson, and Peter van Onselen.

“If you can criticise Scott Morrison going to Hawaii, why is she not in Hamilton or Canterbury. What is she doing hanging around Australia?

“She should be in her own country and spend money in her own place. Typical virtue-signalling from Ardern. I get sick and tired of that woman!,” he asserted.

“It could be a PM exchange program. We could always cross our fingers,” host Lisa Wilkinson joked in what appeared to be an attempt to keep the peace.

However, van Onselen wasn’t so forgiving.

“Nobody is saying that the Prime Ministers can’t travel overseas,” he said, laughing.

But Price continued to fight his argument: “Hang on, if you are going to criticise Scott Morrison going to Hawaii instead of going to the southern coast of New South Wales, why not criticise her.”

“Her country is not on fire, mate,” van Onselen spat back.

“So?,” Pricey said.

“What do you mean so?”, replied van Onselen.

“She should be in New Zealand spending money there,” the controversial broadcaster tersely responded.

Wilkinson went on to explain the nation’s heated backlash of Scott Morrison taking a trip to Hawaii was to do with “timing and the fact that he hid it from the public”.

“I’m getting tired of Jacinda Ardern doing no wrong,” Pricey concluded.

The Project airs Sunday – Friday from 7.30 pm on Ten.

Anthony Mundine unleashes shocking anti-gay rant

After dramatically quitting I’m A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! last night, controversial boxer Anthony Mundine has unleashed an offensive rant about homosexuality.

Lasting less than two weeks in the South African jungle before calling it quits, Mundine doubled-down on his previously incendiary anti-gay remarks and appeared to support the death penalty for gay people in his post-exit interview with News Corp’s Jonathon Moran.

Using Islam and Aboriginal culture as an example, the practising Muslim said capital punishment would “deter” people from homosexuality.

“If we were to live in a society, just like in Aboriginal culture, that homosexuality is forbidden and you do it and the consequences are capital punishment or death, you think you are going to do it? Or think twice about doing it?” he said.

He also claimed that gay people shouldn’t be allowed to be on television, in case it influences children to become gay.

“They are not going to be happy until they have primary school kids being gay,” he said. “I talk the truth. It is the system. I don’t care if you are gay or not, it doesn’t worry me because the creator will judge you later. If you are going to be gay, do it behind closed doors, that is how it used to be in the olden days.”

Mundine was asked to clarify if he thought gay people should be executed.

“The paedophiles mainly, hang them suckers and let’s see if they have the balls to do it again,” he said.

Before entering the jungle, Mundine made headlines for controversially stating his opposition to homosexuality, contraception and abortion.

The 42-year-old sensationally quit the reality show this week, claiming that he was missing his family.

In the episode aired last night, Mundine confided to actress Kerry Armstrong, telling her he was “struggling” and missing his children.

“But do you think, the thing is, they wouldn’t want you to give up, because that would break their hearts?” Armstrong said.

“Look me deep in the eyes, I’m going to tell you something. You will never live it down if you leave here. You will be called a quitter by Australia,” she continued.

“It’s not about quitting,” replied Mundine.

“I’ve never experienced something like this, you know what I mean?”

After the viper room challenge with boxing nemesis Danny Green, Mundine’s mind was made up and he bid farewell to his shocked campmates in a surprisingly emotional speech.

“I made good friends here and I come in here to let people see the real Anthony Mundine, the real me, to know who I really am as a man. I am not the guy they perceive me to be,” he said, before departing the jungle for good.
