Sam and Lara Worthington offload $10.6 million property
<p>Australian celebrities Sam and Lara Worthington have finally been able to officially let go of their incredible A$10.6 million home in Los Angeles.</p>
<p>The<span> </span><em>Avatar</em><span> </span>actor and his supermodel wife’s property sat perfectly nestled in the Hollywood Hills district, and for over a year waited for the perfect buyer.</p>
<p>According to<span> </span><em>Dirt</em>, ex-Geffen Records president Neil Jacobson is said to have the house off their hands for $US8.2million ($A10.6million).</p>
<p>The famous pair had originally been asking for $US9.25million.</p>
<p>Reports say the Australian couple bought the property for $US7.9million in 2018, from<span> </span><em>X Men</em><span> </span>franchise producer Simon Kinberg.</p>
<p>The property is located above LA’s iconic sunset strip and covers a massive 6,300 square feet.</p>
<p>The opulent home was built in 2015 and features five bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms.</p>
<p>It comes with all the bells and whistles too, including an outdoor pool, wine cellar, gourmet kitchen, garden space and ample room for dining.</p>
