Jetstar flight forced to make emergency landing
A Jetstar flight to Bali was diverted to Western Australia earlier today, to give urgent medical attention to a passenger who became unresponsive.
Flight number JQ127 departed Adelaide just after 8am this morning but landed in Port Hedland at 10:50am.
Jetstar said in a statement that the passenger was removed from the plane and rushed to hospital.

“A flight from Adelaide to Bali was diverted today after a passenger had a medical emergency on-board,” a Jetstar spokesman said.
“We diverted the flight to Port Hedland and paramedics met the aircraft on arrival to transport the passenger to hospital.”
The airline could not provide further details on the passenger’s identity or what the medical emergency was.
The flight has since left Western Australia and is scheduled to arrive in Denpasar at 1:30pm local time.
