Inside Pete Evans's $3 million Sydney beach house
Although the paleo advocate and My Kitchen Rules judge is known for his skills in the kitchen, Pete Evans is looking to extend his skills to the property market.
The celebrity chef has listed his Sydney beachside property and could make $1.5 million profit from the sale.
He purchased the Malabar home six years ago for $1,440,000 and, according to a property website, the sale could see Pete Evans and wife Nicola Robinson rake in $3 million.
Pete has been living in the home with Robinson and his two children from a previous relationship, 12-year-old Chilli and 10-year-old Indii.
Since the renovations were completed, the Metricon-designed home has an impressive designer commercial-sized kitchen fitted with twin dishwashers, integrated Dual Wolf ovens and a built-in bain-marie.
The open plan living area is connected to the luxurious outdoor area, which features a magnesium pool, a fireplace, BBQ and retractable awning.
Upstairs, there is also a rooftop terrace for alfresco entertaining with ocean views.
The master suite boasts an ensuite, a walk-in wardrobe and a balcony overlooking Austral Street.
The double garage is equipped with direct internal access for convenience.
To top it off, the five-bedroom house is lined with bamboo flooring and ducted air conditioning, making for a comfortable residence.
The house isn’t Pete and Nicola’s only Malabar property, with the pair also owning a site nearby where they are building their next family home.
