ALDI, Bunnings and BIG W exposed to COVID-19

NSW Health have updated a list of Sydney places that have been exposed to COVID-19, and now they include Big W, ALDI and Bunnings stores.

There have been multiple confirmed cases across the state, and those who have attended any of the venues during certain periods are not being urged to self-isolate as they have been defined as a casual contact.

They are, however, advised to monitor for symptoms and get tested immediately if they develop.

The venues include the following:

Big W, Carnes Hill – 4 October 2020, 3:00 pm – 4:30pm
Aldi, Edmondson Park – 4 October 2020, 6:30 pm – 7:00pm
Chemist Warehouse, Casula – 6 October 2020, 12:30 pm – 1:00pm
Bunnings, Crossroads – 7 October 2020, 2:00 pm – 3:00pm
Costco, Casula – 9 October 2020, 3:00 pm – 3:30pm

NSW Health has urged the community, particularly South Western Sydney and Western Sydney residents, to come forward for testing at the onset of any symptoms.

There have been five new cases of COVID-19 on Sunday in the state.
