Revealed: The staggering amount Larry Emdur's Sydney mansion sold for

Channel 7 Morning Show co-host Larry Emdur has sold his beloved Dover Heights clifftop home for a record-setting $11.5 million.

Celebrity accountant Anthony Bell, who has recently had a much-publicised split to estranged wife Kelly, is the new homeowner. He initially tried to keep the price from public records but the details have been revealed in the NSW land title system.

The sale tops previous sales in the affluent Dover Heights. In 2014 when South African tech investor Kevin Bermeister and wife Beverley bought a clifftop home nearby for $9.5 million.

Emdur and wife Sylvie have since purchased a $3 million heritage apartment in The Rocks.

They lived in their Dover Heights home for more than two decades. Their earlier home, which cost $770,000 back in 1994, later sold for $3.89 million before they paid $6.8 million for the clifftop mansion in 2011.

Emdur has hosted Seven’s The Morning Show beside Kylie Gillies since 2007.
