The battle to have the house on the street with the best Christmas light display is one many Australians take very seriously. And while you wouldn’t want to be the one who has the pay the power bill once January comes around, you have to agree that these colourful lights provide a great way to get into the festive spirit.
We’ve scoured the internet and found what we think is one of the most extravagant Christmas light display in Australia. The incredible footage you can see below was taken in Brisbane, Queensland, and uploaded to YouTube by Jason Cohen.
You’ve got to feel for the neighbours, but that is one incredible display.
