Radio star buys luxury Sydney home for $6.5 million

Radio star Michael "Wippa" Wipfli has just splashed out on a gorgeous forever home in Rose Bay, Sydney for approximately $6.5 million.

The Nova radio host invested his money into the Sydney mansion featuring six bedrooms – a big step up from their quaint property in Queens Park for $2.4 million.

Both Wippa and his wife Lisa had been looking for a larger home to settle in for some time and finally found the stunning property only a few months back, according to Realestate.com.au.

The home has four bathrooms, with the master en suite spoiling any lucky homeowner with natural lighting thanks to prime positioning and ample windows for the sun to shine through.

Wippa and Lisa will have no trouble hosting guests along with their two rambunctious children with three living spaces – one of them being a perfect divide between luxury and comfort with a connecting lounge and dining room that opens up to a stunning, spacious terrace.

The formal living area will be a place of solace for the couple when hosting guests with the chic and understated elegance that makes the home a real showstopper.

The master suite is definitely a sight to behold with plenty of light thanks to the gorgeous terrace which will allow the radio star and his family to soak in the sun on those lazy mornings.

The best part is, the view gives parents privacy as well as the ability to keep an eye on kids in the backyard and pool area.

At $6.5 million it's no surprise the massive mansion wouldn’t also come with a family-sized, glass-fenced swimming pool along with a massive lush lawn – perfect to throw the football around in with the kids or the family dog.

There is also an indoor spa – great for nights in.

The property seems to be one of the biggest on the block and even comes with multiple solar panels making it an eco-friendly home to be reckoned with!
