Inside Aussie tennis champ's $2.7 million waterfront mansion

Former Australian tennis champion Sandon Stolle has sold his house in Curl Curl in Sydney's Northern beaches for more than $2.7 million.

Stolle is now coaching for Tennis Australia interstate and he and his wife Margot have owned the hilltop location that overlooks the beach since 2007.

The tri-level house has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and two double garages with dual street access.

There are bathrooms positioned on each level and the level backyard on the lot means that the new buyers are able to add a pool, a trampoline or simply enjoy the inviting lush green space as is.

The home is perched on top of the headlands, which means the new owners can enjoy the exceptional waterfront views. The home is also 150 metres away from Curl Curl beach in Manly, on Sydney's northern beaches.
