Flight attendant reveals sneaky trick to tell if your hotel room has been cleaned

A flight attendant has gone viral after revealing how to tell if your hotel room has really been cleaned or not.

The anonymous cabin crew member claimed that if the bed sheets look creased, there is a big possibility staff have not cleaned the room properly.

Speaking to Business Insider, she went on to explain that if hotel bedding doesn't have sharp creases, they most likely have not been recently folded.

The flight attendant told the website, "Don't sleep on hotel sheets that don't have creases from being folded. Someone slept on them already."

While it might seem slightly neurotic to check hotel bed sheets, the information was backed by a motel worker, who revealed in another article that he had previously overlooked bedding while cleaning rooms too.

He said in some instances, when a bed doesn't look to be completely messed up, he will just pull the sheets tightly to give the illusion they have been changed.
