Bonnie Doon holiday home from The Castle hits Airbnb

The holiday home featured in the 1997 film The Castle is available for rent on Airbnb.

The corrugated iron home looks like how it looked back in the day and it sleeps up to six guests.

The property features a refurbished kitchen, bunk beds and an on-site pool room for an additional two guests.

Con’s boxing bag is fixed to a gum tree outside and there is proof of Tracey’s hairdressing skills in the form of a certificate from Sunshine Tafe.

There is also an ad for the Trading Post, a kennel for Coco and jousting sticks.

The property went on the market in 2014 and was sold the following year for $225,000. The sale included furniture and memorabilia from the movie.

Lake Eildon is metres away from the house and the slopes of Mount Bulla are an hour’s drive away.

The home is available to rent from $200 per night.
