The luxury liner lets you cruise with your dog Cunard

One of the only downsides of booking a holiday is having to leave our (furrier) loved ones at home. But if you can’t stand to part with your four-legged friend, we’ve got some good news. A luxury cruise line is now accommodating dogs.

Cunard’s Queen Mary 2 has a whole deck dedicated to pooches of all shapes and sizes, with plenty of fenced outdoor space for dogs to walk about and get their sea legs.

The world’s only kennel at sea has a dedicated space (and even doggy furniture) for every mutt lucky enough to find its way on a cruise as well as a complimentary fire hydrant for the dogs to take care of their… ahem… business.

Cunard is the only cruise line with a dedicated area for dogs, but other lines will generally let you bring your pooch on the ship if it is a service animal.

Would you be willing to take your dog on a cruise?
