Tom Holland and Zendaya buy first home together

Tom Holland and Zendaya officially purchased their first home together, minutes from Tom’s childhood neighbourhood of Kingston Upon Thmas in United Kingdom.

Located in the posh inner-city suburb of Richmond, the couple's new home is a five-bedroom abode that's rumoured to have set them back a substantial $5.7 million.

And, while exact details about the property remain scarce, we do know that their new home is already having some serious work done to it.

Speaking with the Mirror, a source close to the pair said that Holland wanted his new property to have superlative security.

"Tom has made it clear he wants hi-tech security all around the premises, starting with an 8ft steel security gate on the drive. He was also very specific about his man cave and the cinema room," the source said.

The source added that the actors would likely move into their new home once the work, which is thought to cost around $500,000, is completed around the middle of this year.

In 2017, news broke that Holland had splashed millions on his inaugural property, which happened to be a three-bedroom apartment, located in London.

Zendaya, on the other hand, went down the more traditional Hollywood actor route, purchasing a sprawling estate in the Los Angeles locale of Encino for roughly $5.75 million in 2019.
