"I've been in the business for 30 years and this is the first time I've actually had an opportunity to sell an island.
Owner Meg Sullivan has decided now is the time to part ways with the island after owning it for five years.
She's hoping someone else can experience the life she's lived.
"It's the freedom of living on the island where you can do what you want, when you want," she said.
"If you want to catch a fish for dinner you go and throw a line in."
