Why Karl Stefanovic and Jasmine Yarbrough are in no rush to marry
They confirmed their engagement earlier this month after weeks of speculations, but don’t expect Karl Stefanovic and Jasmine Yarbrough to walk up the aisle anytime soon.
The Today host revealed the upcoming nuptials is not the top priority in their lives at the moment.
Speaking to Confidential on Friday, the 43-year-old said despite being a high-profile couple, privacy is their main priority.
“I think that there is a really important need to be as private as we can, even though we're public,” he said.
Karl denied the pair were dodging questions about their wedding plans.
“I'm not being evasive, it's just slowly, slowly,” he said. “There are a lot of other factors we need to consider.”
“It's not the pressing thing in our lives,” he added.
Karl also confessed he wasn’t just keeping the public in the dark, saying: “There's no one who's going to know what we're going to do.”
