When to turn your clocks forward one hour

As the weather slowly starts to warm up and the days start to get longer, it’s a reminder that the start of Daylight Savings is only a few weeks away.

Mark the date in your diary! The clocks will go forward one hour in NSW, ACT, South Australia, Victoria and Tasmania at 2 am on Sunday, October 7.

Daylight Savings will remain in place for 6 months until April 7 next year, where it will be going back an hour.

Daylight Saving Time is observed in NSW, ACT, Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania.
