Valli Little dies after losing battle with cancer
One of Australia’s most respected food authors, Valli Little, has passed away after a very private battle with cancer.
The food writer, journalist, and editor lost her long battle with cancer over the weekend. She was well known for her work on delicious magazine as well as a regular fixture in Australian cookbooks.
Her death prompted heartfelt tributes on social media from prominent food and media personalities.
Rick Stein said, “@sasstein and I are very sad to hear that our friend Valli Little has died. A peerless food editor for Australian Delicious & a great chum.”
"This is how I would like to remember the wonderful and inimitable @vallilittle who passed away at the weekend," said journalist Neale Whitaker in a Instagram tribute.
