Princess Mary's twins start school

Next week, Princess Mary and Prince Frederik's twins, Vincent and Josephine, will start school.

Royal Central has reported that the siblings will attend Tranegård School in Hellerup where their two older siblings Prince Christian and Princess Isabella also attend.

Vincent Frederik Minik Alexander and Josephine Sophia Ivalo Mathilda were born on January 8, 2011.

As the youngest members of the Danish Royal family, the twins continually capture the hearts of the public with their playful natures.

Jospehine is known for pulling funny faces whenever there is a camera around and Vincent appears to be slighly more reserved.

When the twins were born in 2011, a 21-gun salute was fired from the Naval Base in Copenhagen. They were christened later that year on April 14, at the Church of Holmen in Copenhagen.

Just two months later, they travelled to Australia and were photographed at Admiralty House in Sydney.

The duo have also enjoyed many other exciting adventures in their first years of childhood. From going on a ski holiday to Switzerland at the age of four and recently joining the festivities at Queen Margrethe's 77th birthday, the twins share experiences children their age could only dream of.
