Prince Harry and Meghan look stunning at wedding of Princess Diana’s niece
Just a month after tying the knot, Prince Harry and Meghan travelled to Lincolnshire to attend the wedding of Princess Diana’s niece Celia McCorquodale.
Celia, who is the daughter of Diana’s eldest sister Lady Sarah McCorquodale, said “I do” to George Woodhouse at St Andrew and St Mary’s Church in Stoke Rockford, England.
To celebrate the special day, Meghan wore a long-sleeve blue and white floral dress by Oscar de La Renta which retails at AU$7,000. The 36-year-old, who enjoyed some one-on-one bonding with the Queen last week, accessorised her dress with a white fascinator.
Co-ordinating with his new wife, Prince Harry wore a blue tie with his three-piece suit.
The royal couple held hands as they walked into the church for the ceremony.
Outside the church, Prince Harry and Meghan stopped to greet Harry’s cousin Louis Spencer, who is the son of Diana’s brother Earl Spencer.
Louis’ socialite sister, Lady Kitty Spencer, also attended the wedding.
Celia made a sweet tribute to the late Princess Diana by wearing the Spencer Tiara, the same tiara Diana wore in 1981 during her wedding to Prince Charles.
Diana’s other sister Lady Jane Fellows and brother Charles 9th Earl Spencer and his wife Karen also attended the nuptials.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge did not attend the wedding.
