“I’m really upset”: Karl Stefanovic’s rude gesture shows lockdown struggle on 47th birthday
Karl Stefanovic has previously admitted his struggle to remain positive for viewers tuning in to Today at home, but a new bizarre photo has revealed his real thoughts.
A behind-the-scenes snap taken of the Today host features Karl flipping the bird at fellow colleague, Brooke Boney.

It comes amidst the current COVID outbreak, as millions of Australians are forced to remain indoors while in lockdown.
The moment was filmed during an ad break, just moments after he went off-script to apologise to viewers on Today.
He admitted the coronavirus crisis in Australia was really starting to get to him.
The admission followed while Karl and co-host Sophie Walsh discussed with experts the ongoing pandemic.
It was then he admitted he was simply “over it”.
"I'm sorry, I know I'm supposed to be on breakfast TV and all happy and stuff, but it's just not a happy time," he told viewers.
"And I want to go to the [MCG], I want to have three meat pies and 45 schooners and watch the AFL grand final.
"I don't want to see it moved to Perth. I want games back at the [MCG], I want normal life.
"I'm really upset."
Karl celebrated his 47th birthday on Thursday, and to celebrate the 9 team shared a series of throwback snaps of the TV presenter.
