Giraffe sets sail from NZ to Sydney
Mtundu is a 15-month-old giraffe from Auckland zoo who is making a massive move to the New South Wales south coast.
The young giraffe will embark his adventure by sailing to Sydney and then he will be transported to his new home at Mogo Zoo.
A statement from Auckland zoo has explained that he has now reached an age where he shouldn’t be living with his parents.
Mtundu will be sailing aboard the container ship Hammonia Galicia for roughly three to four days before being taken to his new home.
