The hilarious moment Georgie Gardner’s radio segment goes wrong
When Georgie Gardner agreed to appear on Fitzy and Wippa’s radio show this morning, we bet she wasn’t expecting this!
The new Today show co-host stopped by the Nova offices in Sydney earlier today to take part in a hilarious rap battle with Ryan “Fitzy” Fitzgerald and Michael “Wippa” Wipfli.
But the rap battle quickly devolved into a pen-throwing competition, with Fitzy awkwardly throwing a pen right in Gardner’s face.
“Georgie’s just been hit in the head by a pen. Are you OK? This is unbelievable!” Wippa told listeners.
“Was that a Natarsha Belling moment on the Studio 10? I’m sorry!” Fitzy joked. “I nearly poked your eye out.”
Luckily, Gardner got her revenge, throwing a green marker right back at her assailant!
