Duchess makes little girl’s dream of meeting a princess come true

The Duchess of Cambridge is proving she’s as committed as ever to supporting vulnerable families and people (especially children and teenagers) with mental health issues. Yesterday, the young royal paid a visit to two Action for Children projects in Wales after taking over from the Queen as Patron in December.

During her visit, the Duchess of Cambridge met dozens of adoring young children, but she was especially charmed by a sweet little girl (pictured above), about the same age as Prince George. She had a look of pure awe on her face as she handed a colourful bouquet to the Duchess, who happily accepted.

The Duchess also showed off her rather questionable pool skills as she teamed up with 15-year-old Craig Davies for a quick game. “She was talking about how MIST [Torfaen Multi-disciplinary Intervention Service] helps us and stuff with life and school. She was really interested in what we were talking about,” Craig told reporters. However, her pool-playing ability did leave a bit to be desired! “She was dreadful.”

See all the sweet photos from her visit in the gallery above.
