George and Amal Clooney have revealed the sex of their twins
Just over a week ago, a close friend of George and Amal Clooney revealed the couple were expecting twins. George’s mother, Nina, said she was “extremely happy” to hear of the news, and she’s just revealed the sex of her two new grandchildren.
“It will be one of each! Yes, a boy and a girl. That's what I've been told,” she told Radar Online. “How marvellous! My husband and I are extremely excited.”
She added that 52-year-old George has some catching up to do – his older sister Adelia has a 20-year-old and a 25-year-old.
“I haven’t been told their names,” she admitted. “That is George and Amal’s department.”
George’s parents “couldn’t be happier” about the former bachelor’s relationship with human rights lawyer Amal, and believe they’ll make great parents. “On an intellectual level, they are equals,” George’s father, Nick, revealed. “That is very important to him. Amal’s world couldn’t be more different from the Hollywood lifestyle. They also share a sense of fun, a sense of humour and they are both very caring people.”
The twins are due in June, and we can’t wait to see them for the first time!
