Mother elephant spends 11 hours trying to free baby from well
One elephant recently found herself in any mother’s worst nightmare: her baby had fallen in a well.
For 11 hours, the distraught mother attempted tirelessly to dig her young free, but in vain.
Luckily, villagers became aware of the situation and distracted the mother with a truck of bananas, excavating the hole so the mother could lift her child from the well with her trunk.
