Alan Bond’s life set to be turned into miniseries for Aussie TV

The life of Alan Bond is set to grace Australian television screens as the Nine Network turns its attention to making a miniseries about the late businessman. Production company Cordell Jigsaw is making the two to three-part miniseries about Bond for Nine, with former ABC journalist and Media Watch host, Paul Barry, serving as a consultant for the series.

While still in the early stages of pre-production, the miniseries could be screening as early as the end of next year. Nine Network’s head of drama, Andy Ryan, revealed, “We’re excited to bring this story to Nine, the network he [Bond] once famously bought from Kerry Packer.”
