Inside Bec & Lleyton Hewitt's $12.7 million Melbourne home

As Lleyton Hewitt prepares to play doubles at this year’s Australian Open with fellow Aussie Sam Groth, he will have the comfort of staying in his Melbourne mansion during the tournament.

Lleyton and Bec Hewitt bought the Georgian-style property in Melbourne suburb Toorak for $12.7 million in April 2017.

The home has five bedrooms, seven bathrooms and spans almost 700 square metres.

The property designed by renowned architect Christopher Doyle also includes a home theatre, pool and gym.

Surprisingly, their home is missing a tennis court but in replacement the family has a gourmet kitchen and a six-car basement garage with internal lift access.

Lleyton and Bec purchased the property shortly after selling their Kenthurst home in Sydney for $5 million.
