The only way you’ll know if Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are engaged
Ever since Prince Harry and Meghan Markle officially confirmed they were a couple, royal fans are eagerly awaiting the announcement of another royal wedding.
Considering Prince William and a then-Kate Middleton courted for eight years before tying the knot, we may be in for a wait. However, considering how utterly smitten Harry and Meghan look when they’re out and about together, a proposal could come sooner than expected.
And how will we find out if such an occurrence has happened? Well, not from women’s mags!
If and when it happens, the palace will make an official announcement. No one else.
Royal insiders say the royal engagement announcement will most likely play out similarly to when Prince William and Kate shared their engagement news on November 16, 2010.
Soon after the official announcement, William and Kate attended a photo call at St. James’s Palace and then attended an on-camera interview with Sky News — the first time the public heard Kate speak. In the interview, William revealed he had popped the question while the couple were on holiday in Kenya in October – a month prior to the public announcement.
Until the palace had given the official word, there were no signs, hints, or any suggestion that the couple were engaged.
It will almost certainly happen the same way with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
