Lisa Curry breaks silence on surprise wedding
After weeks of dodging marriage speculation, Lisa Curry has finally broken her silence on her surprise wedding during an interview with The Morning Show.
Fans of the 52-year-old were convinced Curry had tied the knot when she wore a ring on her wedding finger in a photograph on her Fiji vacation with Mark Tabone.
As soon as the interview started The Morning Show host Larry Emdur asked the former Olympian her point-blank, “Are you guys married, or what's happened here?”
“No!” she said passionately, “don't you think I'd wear a pretty dress?”
When the hosts probed further, Curry explained the ring.
“It's not a mystery ring... It's a ring that my three kids gave me and it's really special to me,” she said.

While fans might not have got the answer they were hoping for, Tabone suggested that they might be getting married, “later on in the year maybe”.
