Stunning photo shows where your missing socks actually go
One thing that will never cease to amaze the laundry-doers of the world is just how easily socks manage to go missing in the wash, no matter how diligent you are.
But as a photo recently shared on Twitter shows, even if they didn’t turn up at the end of the cycle, odds are they’re a lot closer than you think.
Cathy Hinz, from California in the US, shared a photo with Bored Panda, taken after her husband attempted to fix the family washing machine.
“Now, for those of you that SWEAR, your machine eats your small things, and have been told by 'professionals' and others that this fable just is not true… Here is the proof!” Cathy said.
The photo has since become a viral sensation, after it was shared by a Twitter user named Sarah Rose.
