Strawberry meringues
If you’re struggling for dessert ideas for your next family do or gathering with friends, you can’t do much better than these tasty strawberry meringues.
Serves: Four
Ingredients:
- 1 x 200g ctn Greek-style yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 4 bought meringue nests
- 1 x 250g punnet strawberries, washed, hulled, halved
- 1 x 30g flake chocolate bar, crumbled
Method:
- Combine the yoghurt and honey in a bowl.
- Place the meringue nests on serving plates.
- Top with the yoghurt mixture and decorate with strawberries.
- Sprinkle evenly with Flake to serve.
