Smoked salmon bagels with cream cheese
There’s something about bagels that makes breakfast (or brunch) feel extra special. It’s often difficult to decide just what you’re going to use as a topping for these Polish favourites. As usual, we’re here to help out. Smoked salmon goes wonderfully with bagels, and tastes even better with this delicious cream cheese.
Ingredients:
- Your favourite type of bagel
- 250g cream cheese
- Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Fresh lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon water
- Freshly chopped dill
- Smoked salmon
- Rocket
