Shoppers stunned by hilarious labelling mistake

Shoppers in the meat section of an Adelaide supermarket didn’t know quite what to think when they noticed an unfortunate typo on a packet of gourmet sausages.

Daily Mail reports the ‘fresh from the farm’ sausages were spotted by a woman doing her groceries in her local Foodland in Valley View, and she couldn’t miss the opportunity to take a photo and upload the unfortunate typo on social media.

The image has since been picked up by 3AW Breakfast and is now starting to do the rounds on social media, with many commenters poking fun at the labelling error.

“I suspect that’s an honest listing of ingredients,” one person wrote.

“At least we know where our food comes from,” said another.

“They’re not bunnings, but sound exotic ... No wastage there!” one optimistic person said.

What are your thoughts? Have you ever seen a funny labelling mistake?
